Does Scrotum Hurt During UTI? Pain While Urinating, Fever, On And Off Painful Headaches. Solution?
Can your scrotum hurt if you have an UTI? my husband has been complaining of scrotum pain but is also experiencing pain while he urinates.
He has had pain for almost a week and now seems to have a fever along with a painful headache that has been off an on for a week. I've asked him to go the doctor, but well, he's a man is all I can say. :)

UTI might be associated with pain in the scrotum/testis(orchitis).However orchitis need medical attention and it is advisable to rule out the cause for orchitis(other than UTI).Get an opinion from physician as early as possible.Hope this helps.
