Hi & Welcome.

The sperm cells can not survive for long outside the body.

Sperm cells have a limited life cycle. Sperm needs moisture and warmth to live, so once exposed to air they quickly die. As soon as semen dries, the sperm within it dies.

On a human hand, the drying/survival time would be very short.

A sperm’s life cycle outside the man’s body begins at the moment of ejaculation. On a dry surface, sperms are dead by the time the semen has dried.

So, I really doubt that you could get pregnant in the way you've described. I've never heard or seen a female who got pregnant like this.

To fertilize an egg in the fallopian tube the seminal fluid needs to be deposited in the vagina during sexual intercouse. It is from there the sperms migrate and can reach an egg in the fallopian tube and it needs only one sperm to fertilize an egg.

Sexual intercouse is not necessary for the pregnancy to occur, now a days with the help of in vitro fertilization (IVF) method in which sperm and eggs are combined in a laboratory. The resulting embryos are assessed for quality, and one or more are placed in the uterus through the cervix.
