Does Severe Obstruction Of Urine Flow Warrant Urgent Medical Attention?
I have what feels like a major obstruction of my urine flow that feels like it s in the very tip of my penis. Flow has slowed to individual drips, so some of the pressure is relieved, but not much. Is this the first sign of some sort of stone passing through, and should I proceed to an emergency room now, or wait until morning?

This is typical pain and obstruction caused by kidney stone and now entered in urethra or bladder-urethral junction.
If there is h/o of having kidney stone in the past it suggests that stone coming down in narrow part giving pain and obstruction.
Take plenty of water, with forceful urine stone might come out.
