General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I think the pain is from other problem and not from Parkinson's. Should get tested immediately. Should rule out gout, arthritis, kidney problems through complete blood count, blood uric acid, liver/kidney function tests, urine analysis.

Should also exclude peripheral nerve damage through neurological and EMG studies. Meanwhile give her oral pain killers and magnesium supplement.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini,
