Does Severe Pain In Upper Arm Need Medical Attention?

I am having strong upper arm pain - it has been like this for the last hour or more. I took an .81mg aspirin and it seems to be relieving it. I cannot find anything on the internet to tell me what s going on. Should I go and see a doctor right away? Am I having a heart attack?

I would say thet your question is not clear to me. A doctor need to know how old are you ?Did you hurt your arm in this time ?Or did you have heart problems before this? In which arm is the pain left it right ?And other questions too
If you are worry about your heart first check your blood pressure and pulse too.. if Blood pressure is between 80-120 it is normal.. if your pulse is between 60-90 in a minute it is normal. If this are not normal try to meet a doctor.
So make I list of things you are worry and a doctor can help you better
