Does Skin Twist When Doing Back Handspring At Gym?

Hello, so im trying to master a back handspring in gymnastics... One day at gymnastics i did a backhandspring by myself on the gym floor, but when i landed i felt like i jabbed something in the side of my stomach! it hurt so bad! ever since that, im scared to do one because i always feel that! Is it my skin twisting? what is it???!!

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

There is nothing like a skin twist. It is spasm or catch in the abdominal muscles that caused that pain. Watch your technique. Do gymnastics under supervision. Feel free to practice but be careful. Always keep a muscle spray like volini in handy. Hot fomentation is also helpful. Carry Hifenac MR tablets, and have one.
