Does Skipping Birth Control Pills Lead To Pregnancy?

I am on my fourth month of my birthcontrol now. For the first three I months I only took the pink pills and skipped the sugar(about same time each day)... Also now and then I would take a plan b. I still ended up getting my periods each month and each haven t been a consistent three weeks inbetween them. Now I m on the sugar pills, my period started a couple days before I started the sugars. Am I still protected? Is this okay?

Yes, it may lead to pregnancy.

So never miss for continuous two days.

Take two tablets on the next day.

If missed for two days, use alternative contraceptive measures like condoms.

In case of missed period, do urine pregnancy test
