i hear that small abrasion that doesn t has blood on it can not transmit HIV is it right i get information from it hope doctor can help me out thanks a lots that make this web.

Even if there is a small break on the skin or undamaged mucous membrane as in the mouth, vagina, penis the virus can spread. Be careful and use universal precautions to prevent transmission. If you are exposed to a suspected source, better to get tested immediately after the exposure and again after 3 months window period for confirmation.
