Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain in case if you have very small bumps inside the mouth they can be most probably be Fordyce's spots only as well as Fordyce's spots can also be present commonly over the labia therefore if you are feeling some very small bumps they can be probably Fordyce's spots that are slightly raised sebaceous glands..
This is just because for the bumps to be
Herpes, the herpetic cold sores have a presentation of small fluids filled blisters that are present in clusters and are commonly associated with some itching or
tingling sensation..
Other thing is that in case first of all you will have to confirm that your partner has herpes infection or not as if he is infected and had active lesions then only he can transfer it to you..
In case if you have had an exposure in the form of
oral sex just a couple of days back then one more thing that you have to consider is that herpes virus has
incubation period or 2 to 12 days and lesions can occur as early as 2 days and later than 12 days after exposure..
In case if still doubt
consult a Dermatologist and get evaluated and in case if clinical evaluation causes any suspect about herpes you can be advised to get viral culture, antigen antibody reaction etc done to confirm and can be treated with
antiviral medications like
Acyclovir, Valacyclovir etc..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
