Does Spotting Indicate Miscarriage?

I had a miscarriage in October. Its first week in December with positive pregnancy test. Beta 53. I m going for more labs on monday. I feel like there s a bulge or my vagina is open or something. Is this another miscarriage? BTW I spotted almost every day in October and many days this time too. I m 42 y/o. Do I feel blood coming down my vagina?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I can understand your problem, Mam if you have conception which is very much confirmed and it is bleeding per vagina then in my opinion it is better to have imaging study, as such you have history of miscarriage so why to take chance, I do not want to misguide you by saying that no it is not miscarriage, and if you do not have conception then the question of miscarriage is just out of the way then why to worry about it the spotting will go away soon and if it does not stops then you need to have opinion from gynaecologist, Hop this will help have nice day.
