Does Strange Pain That Comes And Goes In Armpit Indicates Lymph Nodes?

I have a strange pain that comes and goes in my right armpit. It almost feels like there is something under my arm, but I can not tell. Could that be an issue with my lymph nodes? Should I be worried? It started a few days ago, and it comes and goes.

I would suggest you to meet a general surgeon and examine your axilla. If there is palpable lymph nodes he can do a needle test also. I would also want to ensure you that lymph nodes are present in axilla in normal person also, so there presence is never a cause of worry some time. You can post your surgeon's opinion to get further helps from me.
