Does Stress Affect The Pregnancy?

hello i wanted to know about stress and what it can cause during pregnancy.. i am 17 weeks pregnant and there so much stress my life its hard to bare.. im so worried that something may go wrong can give me tips to relax not to worry so much and assure me that ill be ok?

Hi,

Yes stress can definitely affect pregnancy and your child.

Excess stress causes release of steroids from your body which can affect your child.

I will advise you to move to a more peaceful environment atleast till the time you deliver as stress can also affect growth of your baby.
