Does Swallowing A Sharp Piece Of Food Cause Any Internal Damage?

I accidently swallowed a piece of chicken bone and I felt it was sharp when it went don t my throat. I m not sure how big it was . All I know is that it was sharp. When I swallow I dont feel anything sharp in my throat. So I m assuming it went into my stomach. Do u think I will be oKay? I have bad anxiety so I m freaking out.
