Does Symptoms Of Feeling Knot In Abdomen, Headache, Constipation And Diarrhea Mean I Am Pregnant?

Yes I think I may be pregnant. When I lay flat on my back and felt my lower abdomen and pushed down it felt hard like a knot and was tender to the touch, Does this mean I am pregnant? I have also been having alot of headaches and constipation and diarrhea.

Symptoms of pregnancy may be there in other diseases like flu or urine infection.
If you have missed your period then please do a urine pregnancy test.
The best method to be sure is to do a pregnancy test.
