Does Syscan Has Any Side Effects During Pregnancy?

Hi, I am Keerthi, age of 27, weight 49.1 kg. I am pregnant of 4+ months, suffering from Yeast Infection. So, docter adviced to take syscan - 150 and suggested use 3 capsules in alternative day. Is this will give any side effects? Please advice. Thanks.

Do not concern regarding this matter.

As you told that you are pregnant 4+ months, you are on the safer side. Because the possible side effects are only when it is used in first trimester.
Also there is no risk of congenital anomalies following a maternal dose of 150 mg. A rare pattern of distinct congenital anomalies can be found in infants exposed to high maternal dose of Fluconazole (400-800 mg/day).

So trust your doctor and follow his/her advice.
All the best and take care.
