Respected sir, hi sorry to hear about the issue. there are complex pattern of thoughts which you have asked required so much deep thinking for me before writing. On medical grounds one doctor is always going to suggest that yes immediately go to ER and have treatment. On ethical grounds and humanity grounds I suggest that if you are convinced that it`s terminal , patient has accepted it and patient is strongly not willing for the treatment then don`t put pressure on him let him decide his own time to live on his own choice rather than throwing in ER having no results after all the juggleries and ending up in more miserable condition . Thanks regards , praying for your partner to have as less problems as possible and may God give him enough strength to fight against the same. Bye take care of him
