Does Taking Avelox For Sinusitis Cause Fever?

Is it normal to run a fever after being on antibiotics (Avelox) for two days? Was diagnosed with sinusitis three weeks ago and was prescribed Cefdiner, a week later started steroid dose pack and a few days later started on Avelox. Symptoms still continue and may be worsening.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is not the bacterial infection then antibiotic wont work here and febrile condition would be there and some time with bacterial condition antibiotic can not subside the fever because it does not have antipyretic action hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
