Does Taking Doxazosin Along With Finasteride And Clopidogrel Cause Side Effects?
Hello Dr. I was taking Doxazosin and Finasteride for 4 years.....Along with Clopidogrel, Pravastatin, Lisinoprel,Fenofibrate,Aspirin....I am 73 Years old and I had a Heart Attack in 2000....I feel that the DOX and FIn is irrelevant at this point.....Too many pills....Can all these pills effect my body?? I don t have a problem urinating....Am I taking to many Blood thinners ???? Best Regards Mark

Hi Mark, It is not too much and they are all not blood thinners. Only clopidogrel is a blood thinner. You don't have problems urinating now because you are on the medications but once you stop taking them you will most probably see a recurrence of your urinary symptoms. Please consult the doctor who knows your entire medical history before you decide to stop taking any of your medications. I hope this was helpful. I wish you good health. Take care :)
