Does Taking Duloxetine Cause Ejaculation Difficulty?

29 year old male, diagnosed with depression, and usually told my blood pressure is a tad bit low i get dizzy and light headed often and sometimes go blind for a few seconds after standing. just started 30mg DULosetine once a day prescription 3 days ago (genaric for CYMBALTA) just checked my blood pressure at my grandparents (not feeling well) and it was 111/67 with 67 pulse. im concerned that its too low... as for DULosetine side effects, most of them are lessening each dosage BUT im concerned if one of the side effects can be harmful. that is i still get erections, but its impossible to ejaculate. I was told this is a high risk for all anti depressants and to just stay with it for awhile. (only tried 1 other medication before and it made me so tired i was out cold 15-20 hours a day and that was Citalopram).

General & Family Physician 's  Response
serotonin norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor such as the drug you are taking can be perscribed for people with premature ejacualtion to delay ejaculation, but they do not make ejaculation impossible, they just delay it. Your blood pressure is in normal range, and your heart rate.
