Does Taking Gemcal Cause Giddiness?

I have tinnitus, headache, giddiness and sinus, doctor prescribed me gemcal tab for 3 months after breakfast. However these days I am feeling giddy quite often. Almost every now and then.. Could it be because of gemcal. He also prescribed me Sinarest and dilligan 25. Please help me. Thank you

Hello,

I can understand your concern. Gemcal is a Viramin D3 and calcium supplement which is not known to cause any severe side effect over longer use. It is considered a pretty safe supplemental medicine.

However, Sinarest and Diligan both has known reputation of causing drowsiness. If the effects are too cumbersome, you can contact your doctor to prescribe you medicines that does not have these side effects or lower the doses based on your current health status.
