Does Taking Lisinopril, Carvidolol And Simsvastatin Together Cause Diarrhea And Vomiting?

I am taking Tramidol for a kne injury. My list of meds is as follows Lisinopril, carvidolol, allopurinol, simsvastatin, baby aspirin, levothyroxine.I just had a episode of acute diarrhea, Vomiting & sweating. Could this be caused by a drug interaction

Its a gastroenteritis. Not a drug interaction. I hope thyroxine is since a long time and not recent. Consume high water and fluid intake. Take Econorm sachet for probiotics.
