General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Meloxicam in an anti-inflammatory med that can increase the chance for bleeding especially if you are at risk as in case of varicose vein.

I think you should report this to the doctor how prescribed Meloxicam. Get your varicose veins checked by angiologist and run Doppler ultrasound.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

All the best.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
