Hi, i am from Pakistan but live and work in Singapore from last three years. i want to ask one simple question,i take Omega-3 (Fish Oil) with Fresh milk so kindly answer me is Fish oil and fresh Milk cause of white patches on skin? is there any Medical proof that Fish oil and Fresh milk cause of Depigmentation (white Patches on skin)? kindly reply on my email id YYYY@YYYY Best

Hi,
No no, it's myth. Many people think as you think,but it is not a reality. There are no reports that taking fish and milk together cause depigmentation. So, do not have false belief for fish oil and fresh milk taking together produce depigmentation ..or leucoderma. If you want , you may take omega3 with fresh milk...ok
