Does Taking Sysron-N After Unprotected Intercourse Help In Preventing Pregnancy?

Hello , My periods were due on 27nov .... On 6th Dec I checked with urine kit... The result was negative but after hour or so I saw slightest 2 pink line. I have taken Sysron -N for 3 days.... What would be the possible outcome? I don t want to get pregnant now because I baby is just 1 yrs old... Please advise me... What to do?

Hi,

I understand your concern. Sysron N contain progesterone and it does not protect against pregnancy. Your period will delay by more than 7 days. I would suggest to go for blood HCG test as it more accurate test to confirm pregnancy. Sysron N does not cause positive pregnancy test. If blood HCG will be high then it confirm pregnancy.

If you will be pregnant then it should terminate according to abortion law in your country. So you can consult gynecologist for management of pregnancy. Avoid stress, take healthy diet, drink plenty of water, maintain proper pelvic hygiene.
