I recommend : -a physician consult -an electrocardiogram and echocardiogram to see if the heart is fine. A stress test (treadmill test) may be necessary -blood tests (complete blood count, TSH, liver and kidney function tests) -a sleep study to check for obstructive sleep apnea. (which can make you feel tired and sleepy during the day) Based on the above and findings of a clinical exam, we could arrive at a diagnosis. I urge you to see your doctor immediately. Heart related problems can go from mild to severe in a very short time. Hence, any chest discomfort, breathing difficulty must be immediately investigated.
