vyvanse linked to increase PSA results. Went to a doctor 51 year old male difficulty urinating ADD diagnosis treatment 70 mg Vyvanse with 60 mg staterra added 2/15; staterra led to constipation. Problem with urine flow Went to urologist. Took history with vyvanse meds and straterra then did DRE. Following DRE took more medical history including family history prostate cancer. After DRE did blood test for PSA. PSA results high understand biopsy may be required, going for second opinion, but first question remains unanswered, is vyvanse linked at all to prostate or prostatis being reported as complaint or side effect
