Does Taking Autism Medication Along With Milk Thistle Cause Aggressive Behaviour?

I have a son that is autistic. At times in the past he has had several meltdowns that have turned violent. He is now on medication. His liver enzymes were high so his pediatrician recommended fish oil until scheduled with the GI specialist. The GI specialist is waiting on the latest blood test results to see if his liver enzymes have returned to normal. For the last month milk thistle has been added as well. However his behavior in the last couple of weeks has also gotten worse. Is it possible that the milkhistle is interfering with his medications causing them to be less effective?
