Does Taking Hot Baths Help In Eliminating Nicotine From Body?
Does siting in a sauna and taking hot baths in addition to excercizing for 30 mins drnking 8 8oz cups water rid body of cotinine. I am a biracial (blk/white) female. No othe drugs or supplements. I have smoked cigarettes on an off for 20 yrs. Generally 1/2 pack but last year went 1 ppd. Have a cotinine urine and saliva test in 22weeks.

Not a bit. It is a very sticky compound that has to get out thru liver metabolism and then flushing thru the kidneys.
22 weeks is a very long time for cotinin (10-20 hr half life... if you have 20 times the limit of detection = about 1 pack a day... then 20..10...5..3...1...maybe 6 times the half life or ONE week).
