Does The Carofit Ultra Cream Has The Same Effect Of Propionate Lotion Of Skin Discoloration When Outside?
hie doctor i my Dermatologist .suggest me carofit ultra cream i want to know that can i use continuously this cream because before i used carofit ultra cream i used propionate lotion which gives me good result immediately and look fair my neck but when i go outside it will more black as compare to current my skin also damage so can i use carofit ultra cream
Carofit ultra contains kojic acid and lactic acid as main ingredients. They can used safely on face and neck even for long term. They work gradually but are preferable because of the safety profile,
whereas, propionate lotion contains a potent topical steroidbetamethasone. It should not be use on the delicate skin of face and neck for more than 2-4 weeks.
If used continuously over these areas it can produce steroid related side effects like hypopigmentation, atrophy and telangiectasia, acne, and facial hair growth in females.
I would also advice that you use a broad spectrum sunscreen throughout the day.
take care regards
