Hello.
I have read your query, and the important finding is the thickened endometrium.
A correlation with your age, menstrual details and complains of abnormal bleeding etc is required. Ultrasound cannot reliably distinguish between various causes of thickened endometrium such as benign hyperplasia, polyp or malignancy.
A definitive test is endometrial biopsy.
Management will be cause-specific, and need not always mean a hysterectomy. Hence in my opinion, discuss this with your doctor and then take it step by step.

The other finding is Nabothian cysts, which are non-cancerous retention cysts (from old inflammation), and usually asymptomatic. Please confirm the size, as you have mentioned it as 10cm- it must be 10mm or 1 cm.
The simple cyst in right ovary is nothing to worry and will most likely resolve spontaneously.

Hope I have helped you understand your problem.
You may write in again for further clarifications. Bye.

Hello

Your ultrasound findings suggests mildly enlarged uterus with thickened endometrium.Thickened endometrium may be due to both benign or malignant reasons.
You may need clinical correlation and endometrial biopsy.
Proper treatment depend upon findings. It is too early to comment on hysterectomy.

Findings also suggests a small simple right ovarian cyst.Generally these cysts only require follow up and they may regress with time.
If size of cyst increases or there is infection, pain etc then it may require further investigations and treatment. These conditions may need treatment for cysts.
Generally simple ovarian cysts only need watchful observation.

Generally nabothian cysts are asymptomatic in cervical region.

Get well soon.
