Does The Cement Break Through The Skin Post A Knee Replacement Surgery?

I had full knee replacement 130 days ago. Im 36 yr old extremely active.. Had to have manipulation 1/13/17 and now 4/14/17 my doc wants to go in again arthroscopically to remove what he says is Cement that is about to break through my skin. ? is this a thing?

The bone cement used in the procedure might seep through the skin once there is ligament tear or necrosis.

You can proceed with arthroscopic repair without any concerns.
