The Dizziness lasts for many hours sometimes into the following day.It only ever gets triggered by exercise, I am a trained athalete looking to compete in the Tour de Etape in the pyranees this coming July. I have trained in the gym for 35 years and have realatively low blood pressure and a low heart rate I have had ear infections in the past is it possible i have an inner ear fistula thanks in advance Rich.
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. As you describe, it appears to be due to the infection of the internal ear, it is the most common cause of the giddiness. Other causes may be the diabetes, dehydration, heat stroke, etc. I advise you to consult an E.N.T surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have an M.R.I. of the ear for diagnosis. I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms cinnerzine, ranitidine, cifixime, phenylefrine, and diclofenac. wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
