Does The Following CT Scan Report Indicate Reoccurrence Of Lung Cancer?

During follow up CT scan for adenocarcinoma in right lung in 2010, they have found a new nodule in lower left lung measuring in March. Another CT scan was performed last weekend and the results state: resolution of pleural based density presumably atelectasis on the immediate prior examination that measured 6 x 3mm. However, there are now additional areas of plate like pleural-based atelectasis in dependent left lower lobe, no associated effusion. Could this be related to lung cancer coming back in the left lung?
