Does The Fourth Finger On The Hand Has Vein Connected To Heart?

hi doctor, I have two questions,

1.Is the forth finger on the left hand has a vein connected to our heart?

2.My aunte has an early stage diabeties she doesn't have to use insuline my question is, what type of food you recommend plus she has gastric problem and throws up and coughs alt in cold seasons!

Every vein which arises from any part of body and organ has to find its content - blood back to heart through the tributaries and bigger veins to replenish oxygen and run back thro' the network of another set of blood vessels called arteries to finger to be viable.This network is called circulatory system and this way vein from any finger is connected to heart via tributary.
2. As for aunt and early diabetes, I suggest low calorie and low carbohydrate but balanced diet and possible exercises to keep wt also ideal. Her gastric problems being seasonal and remedial with medication,it can be attended as and when they pose
