Hx of osteomyelitis, s/P laminectomy 6/2015, Recurrent discitis/osteomyelitis...Hx of avascular necrosis to both hips...could labwork be caused by the infections in spine, or possible signs of cancer in bone marrow or metastatic from some other origin...remote Hx cervical cancer 2003...
