Does The Testosterone Level Affect The Libido Of A Person?

Can a man have low testosterone without low sex drive? My husband has all the other symptoms: weight gain, belly fat, hair loss, irritability, etc. He even has less sexual stamina than he once did. But he is still horny a lot. Is is possible he has low T?

Low libido, weight gain, belly fat, hair loss, irritability may be due to

Stress/ depressive state
Hypothyroidism
low male sex hormone - Testosterone

we have to go for following blood test

TFT fasting
Serum Testosterone level
Fasting Blood sugar
serum B 12
Serum Vitamin D3

Further management can be done after these test result
