General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, epidural steroid shot does not get systemic absorption to reflect in blood sample. The level of testosterone in the blood report indicates amount of free testosterone, active in the serum independent of epidural shot of steroid therapy.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
