Does The Use Of Fertility Drugs Increase The Chances Of Miscarriage?

Hi. I am Shruti. I have a history of thyroid (now normal) nd pcod. I am married since 1 year nd trying to conceive. My doctor has prescribed me to start Siphene 50 mg.I want know that within how much time should I expect to conceive. Is there any other more effective medicine than siphene? And is there a risk of miscarriages by conceiving with these fertility drugs??? Thanks

Rather than miscarriage,this drug increases the possibility of multiple(twin/triplet etc) pregnancy.
