Hi, I M Dr.Kumarbhargav Consultant Pathologist, I understood your query, Your WBCs, RBCs and hemoglobin seems normal, About SGPT and SGOT both are mild borderline increase, and you got 6-8 WBCs in urine that indicates you have mild urinary tract infection which should be correlated with your clinical complaints related urination. Just wanted to know whether you have any other complaints and would advise sonography abdomen to look for any changes with liver or any other findings. Your increased liver enzyme levels require follow up, which sometimes may get increased in exhaution and viral infections especially hepatitis. Thanks for contacting health care magic. Take care.
