Hello and welcome to HCM,
Vomiting immediately after eating food does not suggest food allergy.
Food allergy mounts an immune response and the person reacts to allergic food in the form of sneezing, itching, burning, redness etc.
Vomiting immediately after eating occurs due to nausea, indigestion, or any other disorder of gastrointestinal tract.
Consult your primary healthcare provider if similar episode occurs again in future.

Thanks and take care
