Does Thyroxin Tablet Cause Any Change In The Menstrual Cycle?
Hi, i am 29 years old and recently having problem of TSH, using thyroxin sodium tablets for the last 2 months. I am late for 1 week in mentrual cycle this month as of now. Just want to know will there be any changes in the mentrual cycle due to the use of thyroxin tablets?

Yes thyroid hormones do have effect on menstrual cycle. Reduced thyroid hormones results in delayed period. Need to adjust dose of thyroxin correctly depending on TSH level. Consult your doctor for dose adjustment.
