Does Tightness In The Navel Area Suggest Pregnancy?

i might be pregnant but not sure and dont want to take a test yet i have pulling and tightness right of my belly button that comes and goes and sometimes i feel like i can feel my heart beating in my stomach area mostly around the belly button again it comes and goes.. also i get heart burn real easy...but craving hot things..can any of these be related

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the pregnancy being suspect then it need to be ruled out and best test would be ultrasonography because you can not rely upon the clinical symptoms alone, if it is not being done then it may create confusion and pseudo symptoms, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
