Does Trapped Gas Cause Soreness And Tightness In Chest?
Hi, i was wondering if trapped gas can cause chest soreness, chest tightness, shortness of breath, stabbing pain which is severe enough to think you are having a serious heart problem. and if the answer is yes, how does one go about solving this trapped gas problem?

Hi,
Many a time this type of gastric problem can be found in coronary heart disease or coronary insufficiency.
Go for EKG and cardiac enzyme test to rule out any cardiac ailment.
If all reports are normal then take Omeprazole type of medicine for few days.
Avoid fried, chillies and junk food.
Ok and take care.
