General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
Understand your concern'
Unprotected sex during abortion does not lead to pregnancy as that time ovum is not release from ovary and no fertilization will take place.
So do not worry, no chance of pregnancy.
For safer side you can take I pill upto 72 hour after sexual intercourse.
I think following possibility for blood after sex:
Vaginal infection, cervical polyp/dysplasia, mechanical trauma during sex.
It should be diagnosed by consulting the gynecologist after investigation like swab test, PAP smear.
Vaginal infections should be treated by antibiotics.
Hope this may help you
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
