Does Unprotected Sex Lead To Ear Ache, lymph And Headache?

I had unprotected sex about 2-2 1/2 months ago with ex and found out he was having affair. I have been experiencing leg pains, ear ache in left ear, swollen lymph node on left side of neck. I am afraid are these early symptoms? I don t have fever, but I have been having headaches and sinusitus.

Hello ma'am and welcome.

Your symptoms do match those of a flu-like infection, which are symptoms commonly seen with many infections that are sexually transmitted. A period of about 2-3 months is quite long and I would most certainly recommend an elaborate STD panel to be conducted.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
