Does Urinalysis Test Showing Epithelial Cells Specify UTI?

hello dr. please I want to know if I have any UTI .. I did a urine test this are the result color: yellow S. Turbid Gravity: 1.022 PH:6.5 Nitrite: negative Protein: negative ketones : negative glucose: negative Bile Salts: negative ketones: negative urbilinogen: negative RBC : rare WBC: 1-3 Epithelial cells/HPF: few crystals: amorphous urates: few calcium oxalates: few mucus: full Urine culture : no growth after 48 hrs incubation

Hello!
1-3 epithelial cells do not signify a diagnosis of UTI & as your urine culture also has not shown any growth after 48 hours, it rules out UTI.
Also if u do not have fever, it is less likely to be UTI.
I would like to know about your symptoms/chief complaints, so that I can opine further.
