hello
, welcome to HCM,
AS per the details u have given ...you have been suffering from UTI.
if u dont have burning mictirution, dysuria, increased frequency of mictirution ..then its called asymptomatic bacteruria...but if u have above symptoms then its called symptomatic UTI.

Asymptomatic bacteriuria means you have bacteria in your urine but you have no symptoms of infection. If you are healthy, this condition is usually not a problem and not something that your healthcare provider needs to check for. However, it can cause complications if you are pregnant, have had a kidney transplant, or have certain other medical conditions. If you have one of these conditions, you will be checked for asymptomatic bacteriuria.

but u have not mentioned whether u have the symptoms or not???
but any way u still have bacteris in your urine...

so my advise is :
1. done the ultrasound of KUB kidney ureter and bladder
2.urine anaylysis
3.and mainly culture sensitivity of urine...which will find out the disease causing organism and correct antibiotic can be prescribed......
so go and take the above tests.....
Women can take the following steps to help prevent a bladder infection from recurring:
Drink plenty of fluids.
Urinate regularly during the day. Empty your bladder completely each time.
Keep the vaginal area clean. Wipe from front to back after using the toilet.
Wear cotton underwear, which allows better air circulation than nylon. Wear pantyhose that have a cotton crotch.
Avoid tight clothes in the genital area, such as control-top pantyhose and tight jeans. Do not wear a wet bathing suit for long periods of time.

Hello, welcome the HCM, I am Dr. Das

your present urine examination report indicates presence of RBCs. Normally there should be no rbcs.

WBC is within normal limit. We clinically take 5 wbcs as a cutoff value.

epithelial cells are normal limit.

Bacteria is within normal limit. But cast is present.

So, you have to take the medicine for some more days.

Regards.
