Welcome to Healthcare Magic
Avoid drinking much water, not more than 2 litres a day. There could be a mild urinary infection which can cause this problem. Also get your electrolytes tested to look for Diabetes insipidus which can cause excess urination. Do your kidney function tests as well. Prostatitis will cause pain if digital rectal examination is done. Your Urologist will guide you to the diagnosis and management. Avoid high salt diet.
