Does Urine Analysis Indicates Any Infection?

hello, the following is my result any need for concern?SPECIMEN URINE MICROSCOPY Polymorphs 200 x10 ^6 /L (R 0-10) Red blood cells 20 x10 ^6 /L (R 0-10) Epithelial cells 5 x10 ^6 /L CULTURE 10,000 per ml mixed growth including coliforms Infection is uncommon with 2 or more organisms where none is predominant.

Thank you for your question on HCM. In my opinion, yes you should concern about this report as it clearly suggest infection somewhere in your urinary system. Normally urine is not showing any polymorphs or RBC s or bacterias. Polymorphs are seen in infection. RBC s are seen in infection, stones, strictures, malignancies etc. Since both are present likelyhood of infection is more. So consult your doctor and start treatment.
