Does Urone Tests Showing Pus Cell Means Any Kidney Disease?

I went for urine routine a week back when i had fever along with cold . The study revealed presence of pus cells : 2-3 HPF/ Epithelial cells 4-6 HPF/ RBC: 1-2 HPFalong with stray micro organisms and Urine albumin in trace . Does it suggest any kidney disease ????

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

You are suffering from urinary tract infection(UTI).It is causing fever and cold.
This is indicated by presence of pus cells,epithelial cells,bacteria,RBC,albumin in urine.
You need few more investigations like routine hemogram,Random blood sugar,Renal function test,Urine culture and sensitivity and Ultrasound of abdomen. Further investigations can be done if needed.
Ultrasound of abdomen can detect other associated pathology.
At present you need proper antibiotics after culture and sensitivity report.
